It is recommendable to always carry the European Accident Report in your vehicle just in case. This Europe-wide standardised form simplifies the logging of an accident. It includes instructions for completing the form in multiple languages to overcome the language barrier. The European Accident Report is a carbon-copy pad: The two identical parts are filled out together by the parties involved in the accident, then signed and exchanged as carbon copies.
